Forest meditation

Sit in a position you find most relaxing so that no part of your body is tense. Close your eyes, relax, listen to what you hear, take in the odors and meld with the forest. Let all your senses focus exclusively on hearing, feeling, and smelling as many things around you as they can. All of that becomes a part of you, you become the forest. Do that for as long as you like, but for at least some 10-15 minutes. When you return, you will take with you a piece of the forest which will energize you like a battery in the days to come.
