Who am I?
Slowly walk around the forest and ask each tree, “Who am I?” The first thing that comes to you is its answer, even if it is silent. Try to just remember the answers; what is important will stay in your thoughts. Ask the question of every other tree your gaze lands on and listen to the answer. You will discover a lot about yourself that way, and you might even get to the real truth: you, too, are a tree, just as the tree is you because borders and forms are imposed by desires, but existence itself also lives without any forms. That is why there is no sense in distancing yourself from others and only spending time with your “I”. Understand that you are everything and everything is you.
